2.) Describe how e-commerce operates in these companies.

ans: Ecommerce businesses such as online store or online service company are becoming more and more popular. With the increasing competition of ecommerce businesses, every company use software in order to increase their efficiency. However, most of software cannot fit everything for a particular business.As a customer we can easily to browse through internet to buy something .and also The buying and selling of products and services by businesses and consumers over the internet. Such a practice has exploded in the past year alone, as security issues have improved, and more and more consumers are buying goods and services online also called ecommerce. Typically there are three types of ecommerce transactions: business to business (Cisco), business to consumer (ie etailers), and consumer to consumer (eBay), also called ecommerce. Business-to-business e-commerce goes further and includes electronic data exchange or interchange (EDI), a speedy, automated system of information exchange between companies who work closely together. Another example is standardization of specifications within a given field, for ease of price calculations in a competitive market.
