A company has basically four (4) levels of organizational hierarchy and each level makes use of unique IT technology and software to address and/or support their works.

Answer then the following:

1. Identify and describe information systems (IS) used in each level.

ANS: Information System (IS) refers to a system of people, data records and activities that process the data and information in an organization, and it includes the organization's manual and automated processes. In a narrow sense, the term information system .the information System may discussed the follwing:

• Identify the various information technologies that are necessary to provide quality customer care-including clinical, financial, and administrative applications
• Describe IT applications and the implementation process in the health care setting
• Identify roles and responsibilities within the Information Technology function

this information system it will use for top level because all the process and the information are intended on it,is refers to the knowlegeable level which is for securing the needs of the company are really important in operational activities..and we can see above all information mentioned are understandable that's why the information technology is use for the top level.

2. How do these IS help the employees and managers achieve their objectives.

Ans: the information system is really helpful to the employees and managers by achieving their goals it is becuase of (the Performance may establish how your business plan will be achieved. Performance objectives also play a major role in defining the end results expected through your staff's hard work and dedication. Performance objectives are a necessity in setting clear goals for employees. They also challenge staff members to achieve maximum results to promote business growth and make continuous improvements to meet the challenges and changing demands of the marketplace. Performance objectives must be clear and guide action.)
